best law firm seo agencies in the united states

We checked which US law firm SEO agencies can name a client and show the results. Five agencies with verifiable results.

Five agencies passed, and every one has a client you can search for today.

Agencies were ranked on five factors: a published result tied to a law firm client, focus on legal clients, contract terms, entry pricing, and AI search capability. Agencies that could not point to a published law firm result were not included.

How we verified these law firm SEO agencies

An SEO agency’s job is to grow its clients in search. This list checks whether they can show it.

Every agency here had to pass the same test: name a law firm, and show what changed.

For each agency, we checked four channels:

  1. Published case studies that name the law firm and give a number (leads, cases, traffic, or ROI)
  2. Client reviews where the attorney or firm is named, on Google, Clutch, or the agency’s own site
  3. The agency’s own fact pages: founding year, ownership, team size, contract terms
  4. Independent ratings: review count and score, not hand-picked quotes

The law firm SEO companies below are the ones where a named law firm is publicly tied to a specific result. The connection is recorded as published. An agency can claim a result it only partly owns, so the source matters.

One limitation to state plainly. Every number here is the agency’s own published claim, as of October 2026. We did not audit their clients’ analytics. That is why a later section of this article gives you three questions to ask, so you can check any legal marketing agency yourself.

RizeUp Media, Aliso Viejo, CA

RizeUp Media’s client Greco Neyland, PC saw a 371% increase in organic traffic.

RizeUp Media was founded in 2019 and is run by CEO Travis Hoechlin. Law firms only, across all practice areas: personal injury, criminal defense, family, employment, immigration, workers’ comp, estate planning, and more. It has made the Inc. 5000 list in multiple years.

The verified client is Greco Neyland, PC. Other named clients include Ken R. Ashworth & Associates, a firm 30 years in practice whose team credits RizeUp’s SEO work in a public review, plus Easton & Easton LLP, the Law Offices of Robert Tsigler in New York, and Vaught Law Firm in Austin.

Agency-wide, RizeUp reports 5,490 first-page Google rankings, 14,000 calls delivered, and 120+ five-star Google reviews. The service covers SEO, local SEO, AEO and GEO for AI search, web design, Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and ChatGPT ads.

Pricing starts at $2,500 per month, the lowest entry point on this list. Month-to-month. No long-term contract.

Best for: Solo, small, and midsize firms in any practice area that want SEO and AI search visibility from a legal-only team, without a 12- or 24-month lock-in.

Watch out for: The entry price covers a starting scope. Ask what is included at $2,500, what a competitive market like personal injury in a large metro costs, and for the Search Console trend of a client in your practice area.

Juris Digital, Denver, CO

Juris Digital’s client Silva Injury Law saw an 85% increase in organic traffic.

Juris Digital has served law firms only since 2014. Founded by Casey Meraz, with co-founder Matt Green. Denver office, mostly remote team of 39 full-time staff. In early 2026, it bought JurisPage, which now runs its entry-level website platform.

The case studies are some of the most specific in legal marketing. TAC Injury Law: 450+ leads a month. Moses & Rooth: 200+ criminal defense leads a month. Vantage Group Legal: 13,000 monthly organic visits and 400+ monthly leads. Its writers are mostly licensed attorneys.

It holds a 4.8 rating across 81 Google reviews and reports retention just over 90%. Pricing starts at $2,500 per month. Month-to-month. It also advertises a positive-ROI guarantee.

Best for: Firms that want attorney-written content and the deepest published case study record on this list.

Watch out for: Ask exactly what the ROI guarantee covers, how it is measured, and whether any minimum campaign commitment applies before you sign.

Rankings.io, Marion, IL

Rankings.io reports 72% organic traffic growth for a Maryland law firm.

Rankings.io was founded in 2013 by CEO Chris Dreyer. Nine straight years on the Inc. 5000. It served personal injury firms only from 2018, and now also takes criminal defense, family, immigration, employment, bankruptcy, and estate work.

It claims 300+ PI firms served and 160+ full-time employees. 95% of the work is done in-house. No white label. Month-to-month. Clients own their WordPress site, content, and links. Pricing starts at $5,000 per month.

Best for: Personal injury firms in competitive metros that want a large, PI-specialist team and no long-term contract.

Watch out for: Ask for the firm’s name behind the 72% result. Also note the CEO holds an ownership stake in Law Bear, an Arizona PI firm. Rankings.io discloses this. Arizona PI firms should read that disclosure before they sign.

LawRank, San Diego, CA

LawRank’s client Lavent Law, P.A. increased site traffic by 2,200%.

That is the largest single growth figure on this list. Lavent Law is a Miami personal injury firm, and attorney Boris Lavent says publicly that the firm now ranks for terms like “Miami car accident lawyer” and “Miami personal injury lawyer.”

LawRank is legal-only, with offices in San Diego and New York. More than a decade ranking law firms. JD holders on the team. Another named result: Anderson Injury Lawyers grew SEO-attributed cases by 614% across Dallas and Fort Worth.

It holds a 4.8 rating across 103 Google reviews and has made the Inc. 5000. Services cover SEO, AI optimization with mention-rate tracking, PPC, and web design. On ads, clients pay Google directly. Month-to-month. Pricing starts at $5,000 per month.

Best for: Personal injury and criminal defense firms in competitive metros that want a legal specialist with documented wins in hard markets.

Watch out for: A 2,200% jump says as much about the starting point as the finish. Ask what the traffic was before, and what it turned into in signed cases.

Scorpion, Valencia, CA

Scorpion’s client Gannes & Musico, LLP saw a 34% increase in website traffic.

Scorpion is the biggest name on this list. 25+ years in legal marketing. It says it is Google’s largest Local Service Ads partner and Clio’s sole preferred marketing provider. It runs SEO, AI search, websites, ads, and AI intake on its own technology platform.

More named results: Arnold & Itkin, 6x new cases. DUI Heroes, 2x more cases. It holds a 4.7 rating across 350+ reviews, and its reporting ties spend to signed cases and revenue.

Pricing starts at $5,000 per month, on a 12-month contract.

Best for: Firms that want SEO, paid media, intake, and case-level attribution from one vendor with its own software.

Watch out for: Not legal-only, and the only agency here with a 12-month contract. If results are not there by month six, you are still under contract. Ask what part of each result came from organic search, and confirm you keep your website and content if you leave.

What the evidence shows about law firm SEO in the US

Two things stood out:

AI search is now part of the SEO package. All five agencies sell AI search work, under names like GEO, AEO, or AIO. Three now sell ads inside ChatGPT.

Contract terms matter as much as price. Four of the five agencies are month-to-month. Scorpion asks for 12 months. Entry pricing runs from $2,500 to $5,000 a month. The contract tells you who carries the risk when results are slow.

How to evaluate a law firm SEO agency not on this list

This list covers five agencies. The US has thousands. If you are evaluating someone not listed here, run this check yourself:

  1. Ask the agency to name three clients. Not “a PI firm in Houston.” The name.
  2. Search for those clients’ practice-area terms in their city. Are they on page one, or in the map pack?
  3. Ask for one client’s Google Search Console or Ahrefs organic traffic curve. A line that goes up and stays up is one of the clearest signals you can ask for.

If the agency cannot or will not answer these, that tells you something. The agencies on this list can.

Lawyers are held to a similar standard in their own marketing. ABA Model Rule 7.1, adopted in some form by nearly every US jurisdiction, bars lawyers from making false or misleading claims about their services. It’s fair to expect the same honesty from the agency marketing your firm.

Does SEO work for law firms?

Yes. The five results above are the receipts.

Clio’s Legal Trends Report, a survey of 2,000 US legal consumers, found 57% looked for a lawyer on their own and 59% asked for a referral. 16% did both. Search engines and lawyer websites were each used by 17% of those who had ever shopped for a lawyer.

Referrals still work. No one is arguing otherwise. But the client a referral never reaches opens a search bar, or now an AI chat. One of the firms above is what they find. That is the whole case for law firm SEO: the client who was never going to call a friend first.

How Were These Law Firm SEO Agencies Evaluated?

Each agency had to show a specific, published result tied to a named law firm client. Agencies that met that bar were ranked on legal focus, contract terms, entry pricing, and AI search capability. When two were close, contract flexibility and entry pricing broke the tie, since those decide how much risk a firm takes on before results show up.

All figures were checked against agency websites, case studies, and review profiles in October 2026. Pricing and terms change, so confirm both before signing. Client retention, account manager quality, and long-term results aren’t public for most agencies, so ask about them on every sales call.
